An absolutely bonkers week in video games! Outside of some fantastic game releases, there's plenty of news from all three platform holders to dig into in The DayOne Show Episode 313! As per usual, we kick off the show talking about all the different games we've played this week, and where better to start than with the fantastic Mixtape ! It's one of the best games of the year, and we awarded top marks. Despite the positive reception, Twitter has been perfectly normal about it , so that's nice to see. We also covered narrative adventure game ' WILL: Follow the Light ' that puts you in the shoes of a lighthouse keeper who sets off in search of his family. It looks pretty enough, but it didn't quite stick the landing, which is a shame. It's certainly been very musically themed this week, and Early Access release Dead as Disco is definitely on it's way to being a smash hit. You play as Charlie Disco, back from the dead and seeking out his former band mates to find out just why he died in the first place, and whether they had anything to do with it. How is that achieved?
