The golf course at Karratha is a local public community asset that not so long ago was upgraded from sand putting greens to grass greens which Callum was heavily involved with. The course also went through a redesign at the same time. Prior to his current position, Callum leaned his trade at Busselton Golf Club. After completing his time at Busselton, Callum was soon taking the controls leading the team at Busselton as superintendent where he was able to improve the course over a number of years.
