About this episode

Ryan Stewman discusses the importance of treating all days the same and maintaining commitment despite challenges.

The thing is, you have to treat all days the same. Most people allow the type of days they have to determine what they do and don't do. In the past 2 years, I've had many reason of why I should just quit. Quit recording podcasts. Quit operating my businesses. But I did the work any way. My commitment to showing up is stronger than my desire to quit. And there is not one good, nor bad day that will dictate whether or not I keep going. Things always average out they way they're supposed to. If you continue doing more than you want, you'll always have more good days than bad days.
