Detrich Wiley reflects on his year of recovery from back surgery and shares his new focus on the process of growth rather than just the results.

A year ago, I had back surgery...three weeks after that I had another back surgery. This has been a year of rebuilding De. It has been hard and "this" hard rendered me vulnerable. I thought I had it all figured out. It turns out-I didn't. LOL My focus is new, and so are my plans. Instead of focusing on the results, I will be focused on the process...on the seeds I've been given. I will leave the rest up to HIM.
