In this episode of The Missing Secret Podcast , John and Kelly talk about the concept that attaining success is not about working harder. Without sounding cliché, it’s about working smarter. Both John and Kelly were blessed to take their own personal annual income to over $1 million a year by working smarter. More specifically, understanding how the human mind works. Appreciating that one’s daily actions determine their success in each area of their lives. But the majority of their daily actions, up to 95%, are unconscious. Therefore they had to gain control over their unconscious daily actions. That in a nutshell is what working smarter is all about. And here’s a great saying to appreciate. Working harder is like stepping on the accelerator when the parking brake is on if you’re not leading yourself deliberately and intelligently with a system. John also mentions another powerful saying. That you don’t rise to the level of your goals, you sink to the level of your systems.
