Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Jolanda Jolanda is a mama of one beautiful six-month-old daughter from the Netherlands now living in the forest of Sweden. She is a Holistic Coach, and a Deep Rest Facilitator. Her journey through years of illness and trauma guided her back home to her body and taught her how to truly receive the gift of rest. It also led her to Sweden, where she followed her heart to live surrounded by nature and stillness. She finds deep meaning in creating nervous-system-friendly spaces for rest and connection, spaces where people can feel truly seen, heard, and held And today she shares her story of becoming pregnant after years of healing long covid and birthing her baby at home, with my good friend home birth midwife Sigrid.
