Georg Molzer and Dave Wallace built Shadowmap to change that. It's a real-time 3D global tool that shows exactly where sunlight lands, at any time of day, any day of the year, anywhere on Earth. Georg came to this work through a melanoma diagnosis that left him told to avoid the sun forever. He didn't. Through years of listening to his body, rebuilding his circadian rhythms, and letting go of medical advice that felt wrong, he returned to the sun and then built an app to help others find it. Dave discovered Shadowmap at a government tech expo in Dubai, zoomed in on his house in the UK, and immediately understood why he'd spent years feeling like something was missing. They met at a tech expo in Dubai and decided to team up to bring sun mapping to the world.
