We discuss the differences in doing free block projects for strategic email list growth, and patterns for sale projects - and Kristy and I have collaborated on both kinds in the past couple of years. There’s a lot of organization to get them up and running, and Kristy reminds us that the customer service lift can be pretty heavy at the outset.
