On the heels of the release of his short film "Underfunded", motorsports reporter Jeff Gluck sits down with Martins to discuss the inspiration for the film: his time spent as an independent car owner in the NASCAR garage. Jeff also chats with Austin Cindric to look ahead to NASCAR's upcoming visit to Echo Park Speedway in Atlanta, where Cindric has flourished over the last few seasons. Finally, Jeff reacts to NASCAR's latest penalty debacle involving Shane Van Gisbergen and Austin Hill.
