It’s time to kick off the NASCAR Chase, and who better to get us ready than our resident NASCAR reporters Jeff Gluck and Jordan Bianchi.

It's been a major news cycle in motorsports this week as IndyCar broke the internet with a massive ratings return for their Washington D.C. Grand Prix and Richard Childress Racing announced its 2027 roster. Motorsports reporter Jeff Gluck is here to get the full scoop on both stories, sitting down with the chauffeur of the RCR-33 Austin Hill, who just signed a full-time contract for the Cup Series, and Bud Denker, President of the Penske Corporation who spearheaded and engineered the Washington D.C. street course.

While the rest of us were heading home from Richmond or going to sleep on Saturday night, Kyle Larson was aboard an airplane heading to Iowa for the biggest sprint car race of the year: the Knoxville Nationals.
