This episode is different. No guest, no script - it's just me, my big WHY, opening my heart and sharing my story. It began with back surgeries that ended my exciting career and left me searching for alternative options while living in constant pain. That’s what brought me to Florida, trying to reinvent myself with limited choices. I became a personal chef — because I could stand, but not sit — and in the middle of it all, I poured myself into studying Tony Robbins, first for my own growth, and eventually stepping into coaching. But even cheffing pushed my body beyond its limits. I had to start turning clients away. Then COVID came, and like so many others, I watched my business vanish overnight. In January 2021, I lost my mom. A few months later, I lost my husband. Everything I knew about nutrition and supplements couldn't save the most important person in my life. And with that went my health, my confidence, and the very purpose of living. This isn’t just a story about loss, though. It’s about resilience.
