When her surgeon tries to empathise and comfort the mayor, he uses his immense strength to kill the man who didn’t save her. Furious that the vigilantes are still on the loose, Fisk lets his Anti-Vigilante Task Force move Mr. Charles's weapons to their own warehouse for their use on the streets of New York. An angry Mr. Charles offers his services to Governor McCaffrey to help Mayor Fisk from office. Mr. Charles also sends men to attack Jessica Jones, a super-powered investigator who turned down an offer to work for him.
