According to Ryan, the project ultimately reached the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).What happened next forms the basis of his allegations. Ryan discusses why he says the project ended, his claims of retaliation after filing complaints, the federal whistleblower actions he has submitted, and why he believes psychological operations were used against him. He also explains the satellite-tracking software he developed, how it was designed to identify conventional explanations for UAP reports, and why some cases remained unresolved.This is Ryan's first interview.
