During this conversation, the idea of Interoception was spoken about, and I thought it would be a GREAT topic to dive into! Interoception is one of the 3 "Hidden Senses" and is essentially a sensory system that provides a dialogue between the brain and the inside of the body. In this episode you will learn: 1.
