🇫🇷Saumur-Champigny, Loire, France 📍Château Yvonne 🍇Cabernet Franc 100% "La Folie法文意思是「狂想」或「瘋狂」，但在地名語境裡，其實更像是一塊特定地塊的名字。" Saumur-Champigny最重要的關鍵，是那層白色的石灰岩(Tuffeau)，是古代海洋沉積留下來的多孔石灰岩，獨特的風土特性讓酒裡常出現石灰、濕石頭那樣冷冷的礦物氣息。氣候介於海洋性與大陸性之間，夏天溫暖但不燥熱，酸度可以保留下來。 香氣有紅櫻桃、覆盆子、野莓，慢慢浮出乾燥玫瑰與紫羅蘭，最後是濕石頭與一點淡淡煙燻。入口乾型，酸度中高而清爽，單寧細緻，酒體中等偏輕，酒精 13% 讓整體感覺很平衡。中段會轉向草本與礦物感，尾韻帶著石灰岩特有的乾淨與收斂。 本節目部份參考來源為Château Yvonne 官網 未滿十八歲🔞禁止飲酒·禁止酒駕
