Brian has acquired over $1 billion dollars’ worth of real estate over a 36-year career including over 4,000 multifamily units, over 1,600 senior housing units, and more than 700 single-family homes, with the assistance of proprietary software that he wrote himself. Brian has subdivided land, built homes, renovated a lakefront resort, and constructed self-storage, but his current focus is senior housing, specifically skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care.
