As a diplomat, professor, and parent, I understand firsthand how challenging it is to succeed in male-dominated societies. Fortunately, I applied my diplomatic knowledge to my doctorates in bilingual special education and cultural differences, gaining a deeper understanding of how simple concepts and strategies can improve any situation.
