Welcome to Day 10 of our Jabez journey! Today, let’s talk about bold asking and the desires God places in our hearts. Philippians 2:13 reminds us that God is at work within us, giving us both the desire and the power to do whatever pleases Him. Sometimes, we hesitate to ask for big things for ourselves, but it feels easier when we’re praying for someone else’s blessing or breakthrough. The truth is, if God can do it for others, He can do it for you, too. As we walk with him, his spirit shapes our desires and prunes away anything that doesn’t belong. Let’s be bold—asking for ourselves and for those we love, confident in His love and goodness. Heavenly Father, Thank you for working in us, giving us both the desire and the ability to do what pleases you. As we come to you today, shape our hearts and purify our desires. Give us faith to ask boldly—not just for others, but for ourselves—trusting that you withhold no good thing from your children. Lord, may we stand perfect and complete in all your will.
