A regulated nervous system isn’t a calm one. And if you’ve been chasing calm, peace, or “being zen” as the goal - there’s a good chance you’ve been abandoning yourself in quieter, more socially acceptable ways. In this episode, I’m unpacking nervous system regulation beyond the surface-level conversation. Not as something to fix, optimise, or control, but as a relationship with your body that determines how much truth, emotion, and intensity you can actually hold without disconnecting from yourself.
