About this episode
Philippa Craddock discusses the importance of understanding one's own creative processes and not being swayed by external opinions, inspired by a harsh critique from chef Marco Pierre White.
Renowned chef Marco Pierre White once told me my flowers were terrible. Actually, he didn't say that, he said they were "shit"! This was one of the best pieces of business advice I've ever received, because as a creative business owner there's something really important about understanding your own processes and systems, and not being swayed by clients or other people when you know how you work best. In this episode I discuss why this matters far more than most of us realise.
