Brian and Judson are joined by Broadway actor John-Andrew Morrison, currently on the boards as Mary’s Husband in Oh, Mary! John-Andrew talks about how he came to play our 16th president in Broadway’s most outrageous play, how he was able to make the role his own, and the differences between his four leading ladies since he took office–Jane Krakowski, Hannah Solow, Jinkx Monsoon and John Cameron Mitchell. He also celebrates 18 years of sobriety, the community he has found through recovery, and how being sober helped him reclaim his career. John-Andrew details his decade-long journey with A Strange Loop, winner of both the Pulitzer Prize and the Tony Award, and the show for which he also received a Tony nomination.
