Find yourself a comfortable seat, somewhere you won't be interrupted for the next few minutes. Your phone is on silent, right? Good. Now let your shoulders drop away from your ears, and just notice where your body touches the chair or ground beneath you. That solid support is there for you, right now, always. Here's what we're going to do today. We're going to try something I call the anchor breath technique, because stress loves to spin us into a thousand different directions. What we need is an anchor.
