Hey there, and welcome. I'm Julia Cartwright, and I'm so glad you're here with me today. You know, it's early Sunday morning, and I'm guessing you might have a week ahead that's already knocking on your door. Maybe you're thinking about Monday, or maybe stress is just your constant companion these days. Either way, you're in exactly the right place. Today, we're going to work with something I call the Stress Release Exhale, and I promise it's going to feel like opening a window in a stuffy room. So let's settle in together. Find yourself somewhere comfortable—doesn't have to be fancy, just somewhere you can be yourself for the next few minutes. You can sit, lie down, whatever feels good. Let your shoulders drop away from your ears. Good. And just notice what it feels like to be here right now, in your body, in this moment. Let's start by just breathing naturally. No changing anything yet. Just notice the breath moving in and out, like a gentle tide. In through your nose, out through your mouth. In through your nose, out through your mouth. You're doing great.
