We have a fun, very real, very imperfect episode for you today. Chris is doing a solo podcast… while driving to get a haircut (yep, you heard that right). Filly told Chris, “We need to record a podcast,” and she handballed it to Chris to do a solo episode, as she was focusing on some other exciting projects. Chris was trying to work out what to do, and when to record it “properly” in our fancy recording studio. And then…Chris thought, stuff it! I’m gonna practice what we preach: drop perfectionism, press record, and get it done anyway. And honestly? That’s the lesson. Because perfectionism doesn’t just show up in your health journey - it shows up in your house, your work, your to-do list, your healing protocols, and the way you judge yourself for not keeping up.
