You know, it's early Sunday morning, and I have a feeling you might be carrying some weight from the week—maybe that Sunday scoop of worry about what's coming next, or just the general hum of being human in a busy world. Today, we're going to practice what I call "melting," and trust me, by the time we're done, you're going to feel like you've taken a long exhale that actually counts. So find yourself somewhere comfortable. That could be your bed, a chair, the floor with some pillows—honestly, anywhere your body feels supported. You don't need perfect posture or perfect conditions. Just settle in like you're sinking into warm water. Now let's begin with your breath. Not the breath you think you should be taking, but the one that's already happening. Notice it for a moment. In through your nose, out through your mouth.
