You know, it's early Monday morning, and I'm willing to bet your mind is already racing through your week like a squirrel on espresso. Am I close? That's exactly what we're here to untangle together. Before we dive in, I want you to know there's nowhere to be right now except right here. No performance, no productivity goals, just you and me and about ten minutes of genuine ease. Let's start by finding a comfortable seat wherever you are. Maybe that's cross-legged on your floor, maybe it's in your car before work starts, or maybe you're still nestled in bed. There's no wrong answer. Just settle in like you're getting cozy with a good book. Once you're there, let your shoulders drop away from your ears, and take one long, intentional breath in through your nose, and out through your mouth. Feel that? That's the beginning of relaxation.
