When you think of your struggle with premenstrual dysphoric disorder, do you feel there are certain things PMDD has "stolen" from you? Broken relationships? Distorted thoughts? Feelings of inadequacy? In this episode, I go through 7 of those things I've identified in my own life. It's a reflection that brings with it a lot of grief and lament, and reminds me of the brokenness still in this world, in my body and in my relationships.
