Today I'm joined by an RNT client, Dr. Harita Raja, who has recently entered her second year of the journey. I brought Harita on to share her story of dropping 40 pounds in her 40th year. Before joining, Harita had never followed a properly structured programme. She found herself at a crossroads, weighing up whether to go down the GLP-1 route or commit to something structured like RNT Fitness. She decided to give the programme a shot, with a plan to fall back on medication if it didn't work out. Lo and behold, she's now a completely new woman, inside and out, inspiring her family, her community, her patients, and many others to take control of their health. The irony? Everyone's now convinced she's on GLP-1s and can't quite believe it's been RNT…
