The episode discusses the importance of being present and how our thoughts shape our reality.
The present moment is the only moment that ever exists. Even we we're thinking about the past or future, we are doing that thinking in the present moment. If we're not thinking of the past or future, for all intents and purposes it doesn't exist. We create with our attention. Being increasingly aware that only the present moment exists, allows to consider the possibility of using our mind more fully to create what we want. If we create all that exists in the present moment, we have a fresh start each moment. The idea of "this will take time" has less and less strength and impact in our life. Of course it's a challenge to let go of the idea of time, and we can do it. For now, I'm moving forward remembering that when I'm thinking of the past or future that I'm doing that thinking in the present moment. This I can relate to and do. It's exciting for me to feel that I am moving towards being able to consciously create the world just as I want it in the present moment. Our minds create everything. The more we understand and are aware of the workings of our mind, the more we consciously choose what we want to create. I offer thought coaching in which we accept more of how the mind…
