About this episode

Scott Friedman discusses the importance of trusting oneself, particularly in relation to spending money and enhancing personal well-being.

I believe I was inspired to record this podcast to reinforce and trust what I know to be true, particularly as it concerns money. Without fail when I've been inspired and at peace when spending money I've been glad I spent the money. I've known for decades the purpose of money is to maximize our experience of love, joy and peace. Nevertheless, I find myself hesitant to spend money especially when it is to support me. When I share something, it creates greater alignment within me. I think that's why I've been inspired to share wisdom about money I've known to be true for decaces. I offer thought coaching to assist in being aware of our thoughts and the choice we have to act on them or not.
