I’m sharing my conversation with Jordan Harbinger from The Jordan Harbinger Show, where Jordan invited me into a thoughtful, curious, and respectful conversation about chronic pain, mind-body medicine, and the work I have spent my life teaching. What I loved most about this interview is that Jordan approached it the way so many people do when they first encounter this paradigm: interested, intelligent, and not willing to simply accept an idea without understanding it. That kind of skepticism is not a problem for me. In many ways, it is the perfect doorway into the work.
