Whether you're on a health and fitness journey or you're working to build a successful career as a coach, your work capacity is going to change based on your conditions Your conditions include stress, sleep, your diet, hormones, alcohol consumption, your environment, the support you have in place, and more It’s important to adjust your expectations of yourself in line with those things if you wish to avoid getting frustrated and/or burnt out, rather than constantly applying force You'll be so much more likely to succeed with your goals over the long-term if you learn to work with your mind and body rather than against them In today's podcast I help you wrap your head around that, using examples and analogies from my own personal experience to help drive the message home As always, thank you so much for sharing your time with me.
