I then cover systemising recovery as a non-negotiable, with simple wind-down cues (dim lights, reading, journalling) and screen breaks to prevent weekend burnout. Finally, I outline systemising nutrition with fallback meals to reduce decision fatigue, and systemising accountability through coaching, buddies, or self-check-ins to spot patterns and make sustainable changes.
