Linking this to what I see in clients who feel shocked by kindness in the community, who doubt they deserve coaching, and who put everyone else first while their own health slips down the list. I also explore how yo-yo dieting, overwhelm, and self-blame feed this pattern, and I encourage you to reflect on what you truly want, what’s stopping you, and to start small.
