The Pros And Cons Of Being Soul-Led In this episode, I muse on what it means to be soul-led and have a soul-led business. As women, we are drawn into service-based business, to share our gifts, skills and experiences with others, to help others, and to make the world a better place! When we tap into the heart and connect to the calling of our soul, this is a very powerful vibration. But it's not all rainbow and unicorns! Our love, passion, purpose, and compassion mean we create community and connection, and in a world of online and the rise of A.I, personal brand, community, and connections are our superpowers. But when it comes to being in our purpose and in profit, this is not always straightforward. We tend to over-deliver and under-charge. We want to help others, but in this we forget about ourselves. For us to fully share our soul's purpose, we have to also love ourselves. Not to mention the fear of failure and the rejection can make marketing and selling tricky - we are the product in our business.
