Since the JOBS Act’s implementation, over 8,300 companies have collectively raised nearly $3B.  • Diversity & Access Are Up. In the last month alone, 50% of crowdfunded companies had either a woman or minority founder. Investment crowdfunding is opening doors for underrepresented entrepreneurs—and for investors who wouldn’t have qualified under the old rules. • Investomers = Influence + Investment.
