In this episode, Jamie and Patricia dive in to the real and raw of first quarter goals… the progress, the pitfalls, and the positioning that makes continued progress possible in the face of it all. Today we share the reason for this Q1 check in… to take stock of what has happened so far this year, and to face the reality of pivoting the process to make your goals a reality. In the case of Jamie’s business goals, this goals all the way back to having a goal of welcoming new clients into her programs, and realizing that she had not yet created a link for them to be able to join! In Patricia’s example, injury and health twists and turns delayed progress toward some of her physical feats… so while her body healed, she continued to incorporate movement into her day, fueling her body nutritiously and nurturing through the experience, and moving other goals to the forefront so that she made progress in other areas while preparing to be able to work on her physical goals again.
