After struggling with chronic cystic acne for over a decade — and trying everything from Accutane to antibiotics with little success — Danielle went back to school, became a licensed clinical esthetician and acne specialist, and opened the San Diego Acne Clinic, where she achieved a 98% success rate clearing her clients' skin. In 2017, she teamed up with certified holistic nutritionist Kayleigh Christina to launch CLEARSTEM, the first skincare line designed to target both acne and aging at the same time, with zero pore-cloggers or hormone disruptors. The brand has grown from $1.5 million to $50 million in just a few years, and Danielle is known in the industry simply as The Acne Guru.
