I spent my twenties traveling Israel, India, across Asia and Europe, sitting with renowned teachers, learning in ashrams, absorbing ancient practices that had guided human transformation for thousands of years. Then I came back to the States and got my Master's in Clinical Psychology and Education from Columbia University. And I felt a collision. Two worlds that should have been speaking to each other, well, weren't. The ashram didn't know about neuroscience. The clinic didn't honor the sacred ritual. Neither was complete. So I built something that was. A weaving of both worlds and a needed space to house the work I have been sharing with the world since I launched my business in 2016.
