Deciding what to eat can absorb a lot of time and energy, not to mention the time spent shopping, cooking, and cleaning. I've found that eating simply and repetitively not only keeps me healthy but saves me a lot of time and energy. In this episode, I show you some of the healthy foods that make my life simply and delicious! Some background: Self-care is one of the pillars of my life. I've learned that if I don't make it a habit, I tend to run myself into the ground.
