Ten minutes later, he found himself live on BBC News 24, being introduced to millions as a leading technology journalist. But it's what happens next that made it one of the most viral videos of all time: A look of panic flashes across Guy's face when he realises they've got the wrong person, and rather than point it out, he composes himself, takes a breath and… just goes ahead with the interview.
