About this episode
The episode discusses the unique and personal nature of grief after losing a child, emphasizing that there is no set time frame for healing.
We all are desperate for the pain and hurt to go away after losing a child. For the longest time we feel "numb," barely able to get by. We desperately want to know when we will turn the corner and start feeling more normal again. What we leaned is that there is no specific time frame. Each of us is different. We think differently, process giref differently, and our child was wildly unique. Grief takes time, plain and simple. In this episode, we talk about gentle ways we can process through our grief on our own time frame.
