The episode discusses the hardest part of grief and the journey towards acceptance after child loss.
The hardest part about grief is reaching the moment of KNOWING that it is real. For some of us, getting to the point where we know that our child is no longer coming home can take a long time. There is a very clear connection that has to happen between what our heart knows and what our brain denies. But once we walk through the hardes part of grief, something begins to slowly change. The days begin to get a little bit brighter, color starts to come back into our grey lives, and we begin to live again. Grief is hard. There is no way around that. But we can walk this journey together. Join us as we walk through this journey with you.
