Meg Sylvester is an author, actor, mentor, and retreat leader dedicated to helping women step off the healing hamster wheel and reconnect with who they are beyond their roles. Her brand new book, The Mindful Mom: 365 Peaceful Reflections and Daily Gratitude for Moms , released March 10th, and despite the title, this is not a parenting book. It's a mindfulness book for women who happen to be moms, written to help them reclaim their identity, their joy, and their sense of self. After battling Lyme disease, losing her father, and navigating the demands of raising three kids, Meg rebuilt her life from the inside out.
