W/C 29th June 2026 Never, ever, did I expect to be using this song as a title inspiration for TFM. I do have previous with it, because back in the day it was a third-set-staple when I was out playing the pubs and clubs of a weekend, in various parts of Yorkshire. But that still makes tacking it on as a reference to a section all about Brexit a little bit of a stretch, but there we are, that is how these things shake down. And the easter egg is discovering this video clip of it being performed as part of the Jools Holland New Year Celebration from the way back (I am not sure it was even the Hootenanny in 2003) featuring an incredible collection of artists and celebs. Admittedly it's very loose, but by the end everybody is having a whale of a time and you can't help but smile as you watch it. Stay safe.
