About this episode

The episode discusses the challenges of attention in the digital age and practical solutions for managing screen time, especially for children.

We talked about attention (注意力), algorithms (算法), and why focusing feels harder. Not perfect solutions (方案)—but practical ones. 01. Yes, especially with kids Because the goal isn't just restriction(限制). It's awareness(意识). It becomes a shared agreement For example: screen time limits decided together. And kids resist rules they don't understand(孩子们往往抗拒的是他们没有参与制定的规则). That explanation matters more than the lock itself. Because it's not a rule the parents gave them, but a rule they agreed on together.
