Dr. Suchomel was one of my professors while at Pitt, an author of his own book on developing muscular strength, and has been involved with countless heavily cited research papers. Throughout the episode he touches on weightlifting variations and derivitives , catching versus not catching Olympic lifts, and eccentric loading practices and protocols.
