Caledon OPP Sergeant Greg Stobbart was a well liked member of the OPP and OPPA until his tragic off duty death in 2006. Greg was struck by a truck while riding his bicycle in Milton, Ontario and died in hospital the same day. Greg's wife, The Honourable Eleanor McMahon joins the 10-5 Podcast to share Greg's legacy - the ongoing Share the Road campaign and Greg's Law, which was enacted after Greg's death to toughen laws for suspended drivers and repeat offenders.

Retired OPP Sergeant John Flesher's life suddenly changed in June, 2024 when he was struck from behind by a vehicle while riding his motorcycle. John was left with life altering injuries. John joins the 10-5 Podcast to discuss his journey of reslience and recovery, and stress the need to have accidental death and dismemberment insurance, a power of attorney for personal care and property, and a will. Laura Ferron is the Senior Advisor, Pension and Benefits at the Ontario Provincial Police Association. Laura joins the 10-5 Podcast to explain in detail the accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage available to OPP Association members and give some tips on powers of attorney and wills.

Dr. Frank Stechey is a renowned forensic dentist who has been involved in several criminal investigations assisting the Ontario Provincial Police, as well as police services throughout Ontario, Canada and internationally. Dr. Stechey shares some insights on 10-5 The Official Podcast of the OPP Association about what to look for to prevent, do interventions and solve child abuse, sexual assaults and homicide cases. Dr. Stechey was a key member of the forensic dentistry team identifying victims after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City. Retired OPP Sergeant Steve MacNally served 37 years with the Ontario Provincial Police and was involved in the OPP Association for the majority of his career, retiring in 2024 as the OPPA Branch 1 Pesident.
