Welcome to CastFox ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CastFox website, application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using CastFox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use CastFox.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use CastFox only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
  • Access or attempt to access non-public areas or data you are not authorized to view.
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content, search results, or data without written consent.
  • Interfere with or disrupt servers, APIs, or networks connected to CastFox.
  • Use automated systems (bots) to send requests or extract data in bulk.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Some CastFox features are available only through paid subscriptions or credits. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

  • All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Credit-based purchases are non-transferable and may expire as described in your plan details.
  • Refunds are only issued where required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, features, design elements, trademarks, and data available on CastFox are owned by CastFox or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for their intended purposes.

6. User Content

If you submit or upload any content to CastFox, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for operating and improving our Services.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

CastFox may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those external services.

8. Disclaimers

CastFox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CastFox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to CastFox during the past 6 months, or (b) $50 USD.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of CastFox after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Disclaimers

Audience metrics, analytics insights, and other podcast-related statistics displayed on CastFox are computed or retrieved from third-party APIs and data sources. CastFox makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such data.
