Ill talk about the race itself include the course, aid stations and the crazy start. I will talk about what I wish I would have known going into the race and what I really learned. There were a ton of mind F's in this race that I also want to talk about in this episode. I will answer a ton of questions I got on social media including whether or not I am going back to do it again.In this episode, I reflect on my experience at the UTMB, discussing the lessons learned from my DNF, the challenges faced during the race, and the mental and logistical hurdles encountered. I emphasizes the importance of preparation, the unpredictability of race conditions, and the value of camaraderie in ultra running. I will also shares his future plans and insights on prioritizing experiences over race qualifications.
